  48.   Well I don't agree with your opinion. a 110 % IRE can cause many 
  49. problem, specially for satellite broadcast. There are specifications and 
  50. it is VERY important to follow them.  Otherwise, manufacturers won't 
  51. produce vectorscope and waveform monitor.

  53.  Actually the Video Toaster is very accurate. I never have problem with 
  54. luma and chroma level. But improper cables and connections, terminators, 
  55. etc. can cause that can of problem.

  57.  Primary colors can cause problem if they are full saturated, but as I 
  58. said, the framestores from Lightwave never do that (not yet!). Hot color 
  59. may happen with ToasterPaint. Be carefull.

  61.  One trick is to never put the RGB level more than 220. If you want to be 
  62. safe, let's say 200.
